摘要: In this paper a simple finite element is proposed for analyzing out of plane vibration thin walled curved beams, with both open and closed sections, considering shear flexibility. The present obtained from variational formulation governing the dynamics three-dimensional elastic body in which stress tensor as well displacements are variationally independent. has two nodes four degrees freedom each. Numerical examples first six frequencies performed order to assess accuracy show influence flexibility on member.
