摘要: Using the British New Earnings Survey Panel Data (NESPD) for period 1975 to 2001 we estimate wage cyclicality of job stayers (those remaining within single jobs in a given company), company movers, and between movers. We also examine how proportion internal external moves varies over business cycle. find that wages movers are slightly more procyclical considerably than those stayers.
