摘要: Abstract The use and development of renewable energy has become a major policy incentive in Taiwan. Some measures, promoting energy, were previously instituted, but many legal institutional barriers, hampering the remain; thus, it is necessary to encourage discussion eliminate barriers implement support mechanisms.
