摘要: N-[1-oxo-(optionally 2-aza)-2-alkyl-3-(carboxyl or thiol hydroxyaminocarbonyl N-hydroxyformamido)-propyl]-(aryl heteroaryl)-azacyclo 4-7 alkanes thiazacyclo alkanes, salts prodrugs thereof have interesting properties, e.g., in the treatment prevention of disorders amenable to by PDF inhibitors, such as bacterial infections.
