摘要: Ocular blood flow is thought to play an important role in the development of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Whereas there a large body evidence evaluating static POAG, growing amount research focuses on dynamic and glaucoma, specifically, autoregulation ocular tissues its dysfunction POAG. Autoregulation defined here as maintenance tissue perfusion light changes vascular hemodynamics. This article reviews clinical autoregulatory POAG patients further anatomy, physiology animal human studies pertinent study
