摘要: In determining the proper mill size required to meet a targeted production rate, many factors are evaluated including: length diameter (L/D) ratio, individual compartment lengths, rotational velocity, liner type, ball gradation and percent filling degree. This paper examines effects of changing degree with respect specific power consumption (kWh/ton) product throughput as well impacts that high efficiency separators (HES) have had on design cement grinding systems. The research concludes lowering percentage negatively affects sizing increases capital installation costs milling equipment.
