摘要: Lewy body-like hyaline inclusions were immunocytochemically and electron microscopically investigated in a patient with sporadic motor neuron disease. The chiefly observed within the perikarya of both normal-looking chromatolytic anterior horn cells lumbar spinal cord, but some detected axons dendrites. Usually, single inclusion was found perikaryon, rare cases two or more observed. Immunocytochemically, these intensely immunostained anti-ubiquitin anti-body. Ultrastructurally, composed randomly arranged linear structures associated ribosome-like granules, varying from compactly densities to loosely packed ones. They contained scattered vesicles various sizes occasionally focal accumulation 10-nm neurofilaments 13–25-nm filamentous structures.
