摘要: Abstract The hydrogen adsorption isotherms of activated carbon fibers loaded with platinum (Pt-ACF) and palladium (Pd-ACF) were accurately measured at ambient temperature over the pressure range 0–3.5 MPa by using a high-pressure apparatus. amounts adsorbed on Pt-ACF Pd-ACF samples larger than amount unmodified ACF sample. Detailed measurement up to 0.1 MPa indicated that increase in was due chemisorption metal. properties oxidized (NH 4 )S 2 O 8 or reduced flow 1073 K evaluated 77 303 K 0–3.5 MPa. decreased oxidation increased reduction. This result is attributable change pore structure: is, oxygen functional groups introduced surface inhibited into micropore an optimum diameter.
