摘要: A new scheme of estimation is proposed for the determination total respiratory impedance (Zr) by forced oscillations. Instead estimating Zr from airflow at mouth and pressure drop across system, can be estimated cross-power spectra between electrical signal driving apparatus measured flow signals. since free any disturbance originating spontaneous breathing, unlike conventional techniques 'indirect' not subject to systematic errors caused components. This confirmed both theoretical analysis simulation oscillatory measurement.
