摘要: The work that is presented in this article has being developed the area of Digital lmage Pro- cessing. Especially, a bibliographical review watershed algorithm done, which technolo- gy segmentation based on morphology allows to find regions an image. It flexible and efficient technology for images, be recommended images with homogeneous textures gradient intensily weak. widely used processing medical particular, it analysis spots proteins ofelectroforesis gels two dimensions (2 -DE).
