摘要: Leptospirosis is an illness with a wide spectrum of clinical manifestations and severe affects nearly all organ systems. Serious potentially life-threatening acute leptospirosis are caused by both direct tissue invasion spirochaetes the host immune responses. In its form, can cause multi-organ dysfunction death in matter days. Therefore it critical to suspect recognize disease early, order initiate timely treatment. While classical presentation easily recognized experienced clinicians practising endemic regions, rarer be missed. this systematic review, we summarize atypical reported literature patients confirmed leptospirosis. Awareness these unusual would hopefully guide towards early diagnosis.
