摘要: Extracellular DNA traps are part of the innate immune response and seen with many infectious, allergic, autoimmune diseases. They can be generated by several different leukocytes, including neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, as well mast cells. Here, we review composition these extracellular DNA-containing structures potential mechanisms for their production function. In general, have been described binding to killing pathogens, particularly bacteria, fungi, but also parasites. On other hand, it is possible that contribute immunopathology in chronic inflammatory diseases, such bronchial asthma. addition, has demonstrated they initiate and/or potentiate represent a frequently observed phenomenon appear participate cross-talk between These new insights into pathogenesis diseases may open avenues targeted therapies.
