摘要: Abstract Bioresorbable microparticles have been used widely in the pharmaceutical and medical field for applications such as delivery of therapeutics cells tissue engineering cancer therapy, imaging diagnostics, vaccines. There are many properties bioresorbable that can be tailored a specific application by altering type polymer, fabrication technique, parameters to synthesize particles. These properties, particle size, size distribution, porosity, percentage drug loading, entrapment efficiency, important determining release kinetics. Microparticles delivered systemically through oral or pulmonary also site interest via injection implantation scaffold system. Research is ongoing develop particles better target interact with optimal loading
