摘要: In the recent times, it has become critical for shipping companies to manage diversity of people and gauge extent which they experience job resources exhibit personal resources. The paper analyses if there exists a difference in across various demographic factors. comparison these can aid capitalizing on human assets by managing companies. Analysis data collected from 351 marine employees revealed significant differences, thus implying fact that different have experiences their resources, despite being at same job. present study illuminates existing theoretical foundations regarding industry this help practitioners take robust recruitment selection decisions.
