摘要: Tissue culture has furthered the knowledge of cytology in many fields. It is a method by which cells can be studied alive and proliferating outside body for reasonable periods time. This discipline seems to offer promising approach elucidation debated questions concerning melanocytes. However, review literature does not reveal any reports dealing especially with behavior normal human melanocytes tissue culture, although pigment lower animals mammalian malignant melanomas (1-9) have been cultured.
