Methods: enrolled patients wound clinic at University Hospital, Varanasi, India, with more than 6 weeks’ duration. treated beds sterile and antibiotics until swab cultures became sterile. prepared suspensions from skin grafts them ulcer along Vaseline gauze dressings. Follow-up visits occurred weekly for assessment healing other changes. Results: Fifteen in our study.
