Code constructions for non-coherent on-off ultra-wideband systems

摘要: We consider coding schemes for non-coherent on-off signaling over ultra-wideband channels. Different code constructions are proposed and optimized using an exit chart based methodology. The performance of codes is then measured both analysis Monte Carlo simulations. shown to perform close information-theoretic limits.
