Quality of life and predictive factors in patients undergoing assisted reproduction techniques

摘要: Abstract Objectives To evaluate the quality of life (QOL) a cohort women undergoing assisted reproduction techniques (ART), to compare two QOL questionnaires [Short Form 36 (SF36) and FertiQoL], identify predictive factors related QOL. Study design Women who received infertility medication from hospital pharmacist during one-year period were included in this study. Two standardized validated – FertiQoL SF36 used. Multivariate analyses used assess for Results Sixty-one participated Median scores ranged 58 100. Comparisons between revealed lower when using FertiQoL. Most correlations positive, significant majority mental dimensions. The major predictors were: accompanied pharmacist's visit by partner, nationality, ART (in vitro fertilization or artificial insemination), employment status (employed unemployed), tobacco consumption, age, number cycles, factor treatment results (pregnancy, no pregnancy cancellation). Conclusions examines dimensions such as partner social relationships. As such, it is recommended that should be together with short version investigate among patients ART.
