摘要: Background The premature aging and cancer-prone Werner Bloom syndromes are caused by defects in the RecQ helicase enzymes WRN BLM, respectively. Recently, both BLM (as well as several other members) have been shown to possess a strand annealing activity addition requisite DNA unwinding activity. Since an function would appear directly oppose action of helicase, we examined this study dynamic equilibrium between mediated either or BLM.
