摘要: European Union (EU) is fostering the quintuple helix approach as it recognizes sustainable development and innovation important priorities. The represents a new framework which includes knowledge, more stakeholders with at its center. EU has put in place different policy measures, regulations funds to support designing implementation of strategies all Member States. objective this paper twofold identifying key features model evolution over time, exploring efforts transform system. purpose explain context where sustainability should be considered elements. Using example Union, studies policies measures that order innovations well inclusive, smart development, are significant parts approach.
