Protracted Course of Relapsing-Remitting Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma in an Adolescent

摘要: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a global healthcare problem commonest in males with hepatic cirrhosis or hepatitis B virus infection. Fibrolamellar HCC subtype seen mainly younger patients without conventional risk factors and perhaps has somewhat more favorable prognosis than typical HCC. Here we report case of fibrolamellar presenting an adolescent prolonged, relapsing-remitting course characterized by prolonged exposure to sorafenib including the adjuvant context, use doxorubicin chemotherapy, resection multiple metachronous pulmonary metastases dramatic response radiotherapy delivered as tomotherapy her metastatic hilar lymphadenopathy.
