摘要: The cellulolytic fungusTrichoderma reesei QM9414 can be cultivated on spent brewery grains for the production of cellulases. levels cellulase components endoglucanase and exoglucanase synthesized, complexes filter paper grain-hydrolyzing synthesized by organism were as high 287, 182, 187, 449 units per g available cellulose, respectively. Scaling up fermentation system to 40-fold (200g dry substrate/tray) demonstrated that was comparable laboratory scale (5g substrate/flask) yields. Cultivation fungus feasible without pretreatment or further adjustment, although enzyme yield somewhat lower than dried moistened with water orTrichoderma medium. This suggested possible reutilization grains, minimal pretreatment, in cultivation ofT.reesei synthesis future incorporation into animal feed.
