摘要: Field studies on cannabis cultivation have provided socio-economic data relating to, inter alia, production, yield and income. But only laboratory analyses of plants can provide information their chemical composition their levels of psychoactive constituents, thus enabling them to be classed as a drug type or fibre type. The present study, which covers in its fresh, dried powdered forms, drew fresh samples, obtained the day they were harvested or immediately after preparation; that was done order prevent any alteration the -9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) caused by oxidation takes place the product ages. The purpose this study is determine THC level 245 specimens obtained from 30 plots three provinces northern Morocco: Al Hoceima Chefchaouen, where has long tradition, and Larache, started recently. Qualitative analysis using high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection revealed presence both acid decarboxylated form the main cannabinoids, cannabidiol, cannabinol, gas chromatography/mass spectrometry used for characterization minor cannibinoids. Quantitative coupled mass spectrometry made it possible average -9-THC content in its (0.5 per cent), dry (2.21 cent) powdered form (8.3 cent). results show traditional areas cultivation— Al Hoceima Chefchaouen—produce higher content than Larache region. In addition, establishes male plants, often considered deficient -9-THC, contain levels same those recorded female plants, leaves tops.
