摘要: Abstract Recrystallization during hot rolling of steel and the developing austenite grain size play an essential role for phase transformation cooling resulting mechanical properties. Thus, many models recrystallization were developed in past decades. While constitutive are still state-of-the-art online process control, mesoscale with a spatial representation microstructure can provide better predictive capabilities at cost long computation times. To fill this gap new approach based on modeling interaction ensemble multiple grains is proposed. Simulation results model good agreement from experiments heat treatable 42CrMo4 steel. It shown that also describe behavior under transient conditions known experimental investigations cellular automata models.
