摘要: Abstract Sodium iron titanate (NaFeTiO) inorganic ion exchanger was synthesized and the exchange behaviour of cesium, strontium europium on NaFeTiO studied. The sodium prepared by hydrolysis tetraethyl ortho with hydroxide in presence ferric chloride at Ti/Fe mole ratio 25.7. material characterized elemental analysis, capacity, X-Ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, Raman spectroscopy. distribution coefficient (Kd, mL/g) measured as a function pH aqueous phase, duration equilibration, concentration sodium, phase. Kd cesium gradually increased increase pH, that also up to 6 followed saturation values. However, 4 precipitation higher rate rapid initial stages equilibration establishment equilibrium occurring after 200 min. kinetics extraction fitted pseudo-first order -pseudo-second equations. found follow mechanism, which from exchanged or capacity determined be 233 mg g−1. loaded metal ions recovered using 0.5 M nitric acid.
