Development of an Indicator Scheme for the Environment Impact Assessment in the Federal District, Mexico

摘要: In this work is developed a proposal of environment indicators needed for the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) process in Mexico’s Federal District (FD); through which are authorized construction and realization different actions activities. The methodology based on combination cabinet field work, performed three stages. first, documental review was carried out within topic (EI), EIA study area, with subsequent analysis at an international, national regional scale. second, systematization information sixteen cases local scale organization data base allotted information. And last stage, realized participative observations verification sites interview applications to principal actors process. These results allowed: determine main limitations (methodological, technical operational), propose scheme, formulate recommendations focused improvement Public Policy instrument.
