摘要: The notion of citizen driven development public e-services has been vivid for a number years in eGovernment research, practice and policies. A variety expectations are coupled with the idea citizens participating process; ranging from, roughly outlined, more efficient services (economic gain customer satisfaction) enhanced democracy (deliberation empowerment). There less conceptual analyses resting on critical stance analysing how this is translated practical settings, leaving gap between practitioners to solve. This paper presents explorative work made Swedish authority, setting out understand their structure, available methods used, relation concept. results show that besides difficulties creating systematic processes, what surfaces complex task estimation.
