摘要: Sixty-four of female quails, twenty-two weeks old, were used in the current study to evaluate potential volatile oil from garlic extract improving histological liver quails. Volatile isolated by using destilated technique. This was designed according completely randomized design, consisted four treatment groups and six replications. Each group 16 with supplemental (VO) orally, as follow L0=without VO; L1= VO 75 mL; L2= 100 mL L3= 125 mL. Liver tissue samples collected a fixative solution determine parameters (necrosis, apoptosis, fat degeneration, hydropic acute inflammation, hemorrhagic) Mallory-asan technique dan binocular microscope. The showed that overall results indicated significant effect (P<0,05) for condition. In conclusion, resulted supplemented levels significantly raised protein lipid anabolic induced hormone signal related growth
