The militarisation of cyberspace: Why less may be better

摘要: Cyber security is seen as one of the most pressing national issues our time. Due to sophisticated and highly publicised cyber attacks, it increasingly framed a strategic-military concern many states have or at least want acquire offensive “weapons”.
