摘要: Despite the significant breakthroughs in research on microalgae as a feedstock for biodiesel, its production cost is still much higher than that of fossil diesel. One possible solution to overcome this problem optimize algal growth and lipid wastewater. The present study examines optimization pretreatment municipal wastewater aeration conditions order enhance productivity Scenedesmus obliquus. Results showed no differences were recorded S. obliquus grown primary settled or sterilized wastewater; however, ultrasound significantly decreased production. Whereas, rates 0.2 vvm increased content by 51 %, with respect non-aerated culture, which resulted maximum (32.5 mg L−1 day−1). Furthermore, enrichment 2 % CO2 increase 46 % over non-enriched aerated culture. Fatty acid profile optimized enhanced monounsaturated fatty production, composed mainly C18:1, 1.8 times culture insignificant changes polyunsaturated proportion; suggesting better biodiesel characteristics
