摘要: Abstract Calcined Ca Al (NO 3 ) LDH, an anionic clay based adsorbent, was synthesized at different process conditions. The influence of formation pH, molar ratio, and calcination temperature on the physicochemical characteristics this adsorbent assessed. response surface methodology (RSM) applied to optimize adsorption capacity by employing a factorial design. Characterization conducted through XRD, FTIR, EDX, SEM N 2 desorption analysis. A significant variation in (6.4 12.5 mg/g) observed for experimental points designed. XRD results demonstrated that increase pH enhances crystallinity LDH material. defluoridation decrease with increasing or as aluminum content structure found be inversely correlated both factors. fluoride attain optima approximately 500°C. reconstruction original from calcined product ‘memory effect’ may enhance its capacity. maximum Langmuir isotherm model estimated 108.69 mg/g.
