摘要: The lymphocyte function associated antigen-1 (LFA-1) is evaluated for a targeting carrier in leukemia. cIBR peptide was utilized as the moiety drug direct to LFA-1 expressing cancer cells. This study aims evaluate effects of conjugation on specific delivery leukemic cell line. Poly (D, L lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) nanoparticles were conjugated by three different approaches (coupling, head, and tail) order nanoparticles' characters, targetability, uptake, releasing, cytotoxicity each approach. prepared PLGA spherical lin shape with size range 200―450 nm. targetability uptake types cIBR-conjugated (cIBR-NPs) evidenced quantified flow cytometry. coupling approach presented highest followed head tail approaches, respectively. method onto surface proven be key factor physicochemical characteristicss their efficient delivery.
