摘要: Healthcare organizations rely heavily on communications to deliver services and certify quality treatment outcomes. Specifically, communication processes are critical determinants in whether a dental practice succeeds or fails. There has been substantial amount of research its influence patient satisfaction, employee morale, work productivity within various organizations. However, limited existing qualitative examines their impact health institutions. This study explored the process performance practice. The researcher conducted semistructured interviews obtain descriptive, information-rich responses from purposeful sample 10 participants regarding perception process. Utilizing an embedded, exploratory, case design, descriptions experiences leaders employees revealed four major gaps organization’s Consequently, six themes emerged that identified intricacies effective private following complexities, lack comprehension, awareness, precision clarification instruction, inconsistent exchange information, crucial facets From perspective participants, improvement these areas would foster engagement, produce desirable outcomes, enhance performance.
