摘要: The structures of diacylmannosylerythritols, MEL-A, -B and -C, are determined; these microbial glycolipid biosurfactants efficiently self-assemble in water to form giant vesicles, which show excellent binding affinity towards the mannose-binding protein, concanavalin A.
