摘要: A molecular phylogenetic tree of Magnoliaceae was constructed based on four cpDNA regions (trnK intron including matK, trnH–psbA, atpB–rbcL, and ndhF; total ca 5800 bp) to reveal the positions some Magnolia species from Peninsular Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam. 100 accessions, 75 Magnolia, two Liriodendron species, three putative hybrids (including M. x alba), outgroups (Degeneria Galbulimima), were included, which 20 plus (total 34 accessions) collected in continental Southeast Asia. Phylogenetic analyses (maximum parsimony maximum likelihood) indicated that most these newly examined placed expected taxonomic groups (e.g., villosa subsection Blumiana; garrettii, hookeri, utilis section Manglietia; thailandica Kmeria; mediocris, scortechinii, sirindhorniae Michelia; macklottii var. beccariana Maingola; pahangensis Aromadendron). Circumscription matched clades except subsections Gwillimia Blumiana. relationships among major large still unresolved interspecific within Michelia Manglietia) also not suggested.
