摘要: Objectives Breast imaging can offer great information about breast cancer heterogeneity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values and various prognostic factors investigate whether ADC are useful for diagnosis, evaluation treatment response, determination prognosis. Methods A total 111 cases were included in study. Magnetic resonance findings recorded according Imaging Reporting Data System magnetic lexicon. Diffusion-weighted rim sign minimum, maximum, difference (ADCdiff) also evaluated. Results ADCdiff related all such as histological grade, Ki-67, tumor size, molecular subtype, axillary node metastasis, lymphvascular invasion, internal enhancement pattern, intratumoral high T2 signal, peritumoral edema, diffusion-weighted sign, whereas minimum maximum showed variable associations. Conclusions Apparent shown be correlated with many proven or possible cancer. In particular, reflect heterogeneity higher correlation.
