摘要: Abstract Cultures of newborn rat and embryo chick sympathetic ganglia have been used to compare the effects 6-hydroxydopamine guanethidine in vitro. In sufficient concentrations both drugs had a direct cytotoxic effect on neurons, eventually resulting cell death. The major difference between actions two was that caused nerve fibre fragmentation while retraction. uptake these by bodies their processes is discussed relation toxic effects.
