摘要: Soft rot of potato tubers, caused byErwinia (Pectobacterium), is a serious disease affecting crops during storage. Studies on the inheritance resistance to tuber soft were undertaken diploid hybrids. A total 480 clones, derived from 12 families, examined for in laboratory tests over 3 years and basic agronomic traits field experiments 2 years. General (GCA) specific (SCA) combining abilities significant rot; however, GCA female parents 1 or evaluation SCA was eight, two, six families out 10 tested 1994, 1995, 1996, respectively. There also differences between Moreover, marked interactions GCAfemales × year variation found. Broad-sense narrowsense heritability resistance, measured as diameter rotten tissue, estimated 0.92 0.89, The maternal effect, evaluated two sets reciprocal crosses, not genetic determination rot. No relationships found main families. These results suggest that clones with can be selected after being few seasons.
