摘要: In the last few decades, relationship between physical conditions and mental health has increasingly attracted interest of researchers professionals across disciplines. This is especially relevant in old age, as challenges posed by aging at various levels represent crucial concerns for policy makers. Due to remarkable increase life expectancy countries, sustainable prevention strategies are needed help individuals preserve psychophysical well-being age. particular, regular practice a moderately intense activity recommended World Health Organization enhance balance, prevent falls, strengthen muscles, promote well-being. Daily exercise represents beneficial low-cost strategy, easily accessible general population potentially customizable specific needs through brief training programs. Based on these premises, present research aimed longitudinally evaluating among 58 Italian people aged 67-85, who were involved two Adapted Physical Activity (APA) Inclusion criteria participation comprised high autonomy daily activities, no cognitive impairment, sedentary habits or only occasional performance moderate activity. functional assessment, 39 participants joined program adapted motor (PoliFit; Study 1), while 19 attended variant specifically designed with osteoporosis (OsteoFit; 2).
