摘要: To increase understanding of the impact individuals on organizational learning processes, this paper explores individual cognition and action absorptive capacity process wider network. In particular study shows how contingent factors such as social integration mechanisms power relationships influence network members engage in, benefit from, learning. The use cognitive consistency sensemaking theory enables examination these processes two construction industry design teams embedded within more permanent home-organizational structures.
