摘要: In the present study, we compared cardioprotective effects of salvianolic acid B (Sal B) and angiotension-converting enzyme inhibitor, benazepril, in rats with large myocardial infarction (MI). The MI was produced by coronary artery ligation for 4 weeks rats. were divided into following groups: sham operation; MI; + Sal (100 mg/kg a gavage, once day weeks) benazepril (1 weeks). Echocardiogram, hemodynamic hemorheological changes, angiogenesis, infarct size cardiac remodeling, as well messenger ribonucleic (mRNA) vascular endothelium growth factor (VEGF) measured. similar observed treated benazepril: (1) marked improvement echocardiographic, parameters, (2) significant reduction size, (3) significantly attenuated heart hypertrophy, left ventricular (LV) dilatation fibrosis. unique were: angiogenesis augmented VEGF expression border remote noninfarcted LV area. These results suggest that exerted beneficial effects. However, enforced some different modality than which might improve microcirculation augmenting promoting besides to benazepril.
