摘要: Aqueous solutions of ethoxylated alcohols which form lyotropic liquid crystals at high concentrations (40–80%) were selected as model lubricating substances. Microscopic studies under polarized light and viscosity measurements carried out in order to confirm the presence crystalline structures case alcohol with ethoxylation degrees 3, 5, 7 10. images coefficient values characteristic various mesophases obtained. As expected, LLCs decreases considerably an increase shearing rate is being non-Newtonian liquids. Antiseizure properties determined by means a four-ball machine (T-02 Tester) characterized scuffing load (Pt), seizure (Poz) limiting pressure (poz). Alcohol ethoxylates forming aqueous have strongest effect on Pt are several times higher than those measured water. Ethoxylates exhibit load. Those changes been interpreted result cloud points compounds lose their amphiphilic properties. In general, bulk phase particularly surface may lead formation lubricant film separates frictionally cooperating elements friction pair. The antiseizure efficiency highest up value does not exceed value.
