摘要: The interaction of glycoprotein and polypeptides with phospholipid liposomes was investigated by means the fluorescence polarization technique. Poly(L-glutamic acid) incorporated into bilayer dimyristyol phosphatidyl choline sonication. It reduces segmental motion lipids especially in hydrophobic region close to hydrophilic surface. On contrary, poly(L-leucine), on incorporation lipids, strongly suppresses molecular hydrocarbon chains. Glycoprotein from bovine serum brings about a remarkable decrease In this case lipid for 20% is comparable that human erythrocyte ghost. also observed an optical microscope using gaint (∅ ca. 100 μm).
