Skiba without unstable equlibrium in a linear quadratic framework

摘要: We consider a simple model in LQ framework where the revenue funvtion is concave (quadratic) but su¤ers convex kink. It shown that this yields Skiba-type behavior although no unstable equilibrium exists. JEL #:C61, C62 preliminary do not quote
