摘要: One of the negative components international travel is higher likelihood emergencies that affect a large number people (mass impact on health), for example transmission infectious diseases, as e.g. SARS CoV-2 pandemic. The frequency and sources mass-casualty incidents are currently changing dynamically, especially with onset terrorist attacks large-scale natural disasters. Health services emergency medical service (EMS) take part in addressing these emergencies. For this reason, paper deals EMS preparedness Czech Republic an events affected people. not provided by state but individual regions. do have central management, nor they use uniform data documentation. investigation current situation has shown attitudes regions to tasks mass casualty identical. method evaluating improvements quality lacks consistency comprehensively supervised. To tackle this, presents internal audit methodology assessing level services. authors therefore defined decisive criteria indicators at major disaster multiple victim incident. When developing methodological procedure evaluation, algorithm was chosen, based gradual verification evaluation expert group. Some findings recommendations research carried out presented.
