摘要: Laser microdissection of individual mammalian chromosomes (> 2 microm) has been achieved though the use a microscope slide coated with polyethylene naphthalate (PEN) membrane. Although these slides have proved sufficient for larger chromosomes, they are insufficient small (< 1 microm). We developed new type which allows laser single Japanese quail microchromosomes (0.5 and macrochromosomes (3-4 To test usefulness slides, nucleus, macrochromosome, microchromosome were collected pressure catapulting, B-actin gene was PCR amplified, sequenced. The resulting product confirmed by nucleotide sequencing to be B-actin. These newly shown facilitate both microchromosomes.
