摘要: Abstract Copper-doped nanosized zeolite A crystals were synthesized by an in situ templating approach using [Cu(EDTA)]2−-complex. The structural properties of the copper containing characterized a suite different techniques including SEM–EDX, ESR, mid-IR and Far-IR, Raman, XRD non-ambient neutron powder diffraction. SEM investigations on morphology show spheroidal with average size ∼200 nm. asymmetric ESR spectrum shows that Cu2+ ion is tetragonal-distorted octahedral crystal field. FT-IR Raman spectroscopies provide information coordination environment ion. band due to stretching vibration C–N bond, where N coordinated (C–N–Cu), was observed at 1109 cm−1 mid-infrared region. Cu–O bond present 630 cm−1 indicating Cu2+-cation COO−-group EDTA-ion. data enlarged d-spacing between adjacent lattice planes presence [Cu(EDTA)]2−-complex comparison template-free LTA structure. LeBail fitting temperature-dependent X-ray diffraction profiles have demonstrated expansion cell during thermal treatment followed subsequent contraction decomposition organic template.
