摘要: Membrane deterioration is an integral feature of plant senescence and results from the catabolism membrane lipids proteins. The concerted action lipolytic enzymes such as phospholipase D, phosphatidate phosphatase, acyl hydrolase lipoxygenase causes decline in lipid content. Neutral formed during degradation phospholipids induce physicochemical changes properties observed senescence, that include formation gel phase, decrease bulk fluidity, increase transition temperature, leading to loss compartmentation
