摘要: The feasibility of using near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) for rapid prediction the composition cattle and pig slurries was investigated. Samples with a total solids content from < 1 to 15% were collected during 3-yr period used calibration validation. Test samples sealed in plastic bags measured sample cell moved vertically measurements. Reflectance data range 1200 2400 nm based on partial least square regression. Dry matter (DM), N, NH 4 -N, P could be determined r 2 values 0.97, 0.94, 0.92, 0.87, respectively. ratios between analyte variation standard deviation root mean error (RMSEP) obtained independent test set 6.2 4.3 (N), 3.8 (NH -N), 3.6 (P). Total C plant-available N (PAN) by 0.94 0.89, but same correlation calculation DM -N results, applicability NIRS K, Mg, Ca, Na, S, Cu, Zn analysis also 0.41 0.82, poorest results Zn, K. corresponding SD/RMSEP 1.2 3.5. We concluded that applied methodology is suitable routine DM, C, P, PAN both slurries.
