摘要: Dialysis machines act as artificial kidney performing extracorporeal blood purification to remove excess water, detoxify the and balance composition. The chapter presents development of dialysis from experiments regular life-saving clinical practice, leading modern machine organization functionality. Function deterioration a hemodialysis device, potential harm for patient safety, is discussed. Further on, overview standards related safety risk management presented. concludes with description procedure performance inspection focused on key parameters: temperature conductivity dialysate, pressure.
